I posted a question a few days ago about errors coming up when double sided printing is used but have not had any answer. Do you not respond within 24 hours here?

Hello there Georgina,

We usually do respond fairly quickly as you will be able to see from our posts, but for some reason this one did to come into anyone's mail box and was only discovered when someone was having a check through. They don't always come up, that's why we have to check.

Can you give me a quick lowdown on what has been happening?
